Are you planning to draw more poses for the same character (attack, defense, run, etc.)?

That wasn't my first idea... in fact I am working with "troop types" in mind. Three different stances for a "human warrior with sword" or "Ork leader with battleaxe" and so on.

In fact I am planning to use the figures in a skirmishes fantasy battle game but I am fed up with the warhammer style (and the prices too hem...)

I have a draft of a set of rules I have to test...

So the plan is:

Having different troop types (archers, light infantry etc...) and leader or special characters who will be totally original figures, to make small armies...

I am a big fan of Gary Chalk artwork and wanted to find more or less the "feeling" of the "Lone Wolf choose your own adventure" books... and make battle scenarios set in that fantasy world.

Hem I don't know if I am very clear...

...and bonus...the reworked goblin leader...

3D I guess... a table with 3d paper buildings and trees, rocks and the like... some will be 2d like road or rivers... I am not sure to understand what you mean by 2.5D

2.5d is something that uses 2d elements to create the illusion of a 3d model. For example, a tree can be made by two planes intersecting each other in the middle with a 90° angle.

Ok, so it will be mostly 2.5D... I intend to make all game elements myself (excluding the table... )

Am I wrong or you are making the colors darker? Have you printed and tested them?

I think you are right... since I make the shading by hand I must have been a bit heavy on the shadows... I have not tested it yet but if its the case I guess I could play with brightness/contrast to fix it.

Nope! if your intent was to apply some shadows, you have to rethinker the way you did it. Less shadows, but it right places...

First of all welcome to the forum from the hot, sunny, windy, dusty ....etc R.A.K

your miniatures are a real quality ones, but as Claudio Said they are a bit too dark, try minimizing the shadow areas, and play with the light.

As I am learning to use the shading tools, I will try to keep this in mind... I plan to buy a drawing board for my PC...this mouse is driving me mad...

here is the first human "sub-set" aka human warriors with swords in 3 stances...

Quite cool!

Just because I am meticolous, the first figure should have the holster in reverse side...
